I really like the shuttle and the study room. I sometimes keep getting emails about picking up packages even after I’ve picked them up. I also feel like the desk staff isn’t allowed to do as much when a manager isn’t there, so I think it should be clarified what services are not available after a certain time so I don’t waste a trip walking over. I am also waiting for a lot of maintenance requests.
A good review includes enough detail to give others a feel for what happened. Explain which factors contributed to your positive, negative or just so-so experience. You might also offer your view on what the company is doing well, and how they can improve. But keep things friendly and courteous!
Here are two examples that consumers and the reviewed company might find useful:
I love the property and the amenities that come with the properties (especially the gym and free printing).
I do have some troubles with WiFi connectivity sometimes.
Been enjoying living here. However, random roommate assignments are truly random, and I got matched with someone who is not at all near my age.
Overall good, but maintenance is a little slow to follow up. The amenities like the gym and pool are nice and we’ll maintained, and I have used them most days. The apartments are nicely priced for the size that you get as well
So far everything has been good in terms of living here. Relatively quiet, nice pool and clubhouse area, weight room and basketball court are small but nice as well.
The community has its perks which are really beneficial for the residents. Rooms could be updated but other than that. Not many complaints.
I just transferred and I’m fairly knew to Columbia, but all the staff here at The Reserves were very helpful and nice. Everyone is cool and respectful in the area as well.
Move-in was a bit of a rodeo and the apartment hadn’t been cleaned very well. The sink in my bathroom had no plumbing and the water was shut off but had not been worked on in a couple of days.
The apartment is fine now but it needed work done once I moved in. Appliance issues and the former residents left it a mess. Once everything was fixed it is better, but should have been fixed from the beginning.
The study room is great, and clean. Good location to school. Fair price. Good stuff. Good neighborhoods. Large room space. Things look good.
I love living there just a couple housing appliances are a little old but all together apartment life is great. As the amenities are what also can make the reserve special as the club house is top class
I have no problems whatsoever and have had no problems with my roommate or other renters. The team here has put together a great community for simple and fun living
This is a really amazing place to live. If you’re deciding on a place to live in Columbia and you’re going to mizzou you should live here because there’s a shuttle to mizzou and back every 30 minutes.
I love all the accommodations they have to offer with the bus transportation to class and the indoor basketball court. There is plenty of parking.
Reserves probably offers one of the best values as far as student housing in Columbia. Its amenity is also pretty good, specially unlimited free printing service.

Management is okay but their other staff have no idea what’s going on, making it chaos. Nothing gets done, nothing is organized, and I dread having to work with the office for any reason. The apartments themselves are really nice, but if they need any maintenance you’re going to have to do it yourself or be super persistent and be hated by everyone.
Cool place to stay but they didn’t do a good job clearing the area of insects.. Had to go and get that taken care of on my own. Everything else is cool
I am going on my fifth year living at The Reserve and still enjoy it. The management gets back to me in a timely manner, and the maintenance crew gets things done when requested. I haven't had many issues living in the space (previously in a 4x2 and now in a studio). I would highly recommend this complex to students who are looking for convenience in travel Mizzou's campus and furnished living spaces.
Friendly atmosphere in the community, the shuttle always is on time, and the space is nice and big. The staff is very helpful so far I have loved her for only a couple of week but so far it’s nice. I still am waiting on my sink, dishwasher, and seat cushion to be fixed/ replace after the move in sheet I turned in two weeks ago though.
After a rocky start, they got me everything i needed and fixed everything. I love my little space. the hot tub is still broken and there’s a few things that the manager does that is questionable to me.
Good place happy so far, front office is helpful, lots of parking, near a lot of stores and the university gym is nice and the pool is nice.
Maintenance and office workers are very slow at processing requests. They are not very organized either and sometimes seem to not care. Especially if one of their coworkers also lives and works at the complex.
The people who work here aren’t the nicest... the place isn’t the cleanest... and there’s bugs everywhere. But it’s a safe roof over your head and the amenities are nice.
I had some issues moving in but since then it’s been great. All of the workers are really nice even though they might now know everything. I definitely recommend for someone who enjoys living off campus since they have a great shuttle.
It's really great for an apartment! The amenities are wonderful, rent is a great price, and the apartments are good quality. Maintenance could be better.
For the most part living here has been great. It’s a great location with amazing amenities but when we moved in the place was a bit of a mess. The staff always seems to have missed matched information. Communication from staff could be worked on a ton.
Been great so far. Very polite staff members and clean healthy environment with a variety of extra utilities at a very affordable price. Would definitely!!
Have enjoyed living here so far. The maintenance person I've dealt with so far is very unpleasant, but everything else about living here has been great
The rooms are nice, although they were obviously just cleaned by the last people who lived there. The shuttle is so reliable and perfect for quick trips to campus. Maintenance is also pretty quick, although there are times the request doesn’t go through the system so you have to double check with the office. Overall a good safe place to live!
Overall quality is good, there's just a few minor things that are lacking in my unit like a broken stove, slow draining shower, missing shower head, and faulty kitchen light.
Would be nice to give residents a heads up that they are getting roommates. Also issues with submitting maintenance requests. Otherwise staff has been nice and haven’t had many issues.
Everyone is super helpful and nice. Only thing is I have been waiting on this gift card for awhile now, other than that I really like living at the reserve.
I love living here so peaceful and quiet. Very efficient and the staff are always friendly and willing to help me with whatever I need I have no complaints!
I love the idea of a rewards system, It was a bit confusing in the beginning but now I enjoy it. I'm still not 100% sure how this works. I have already recommended it to friends.
The reserve was and has been my first apartment for about a year now and will be for another. I have loved the community and the kind staff very much. I look forward to more good memories at the reserve.
The office staff and maintenance staff are always very helpful and kind. It has been fairly easy living here, and the amenities are nice as well.
Great spacious place, quiet, easy connectivity, clubhouse with pool table, table tennis, computer room, conference room, outside 4ft pool with jacuzzi, site wide free internet
I renewed my lease for this coming school year. And my rent went down $40 dollars and I’m happy that was taken care of but wish I could’ve got a gift card for signing again
I really liked my first year living here it allows me to be close to campus. The amendities help because I don’t have to go all the way to campus for a treadmill.
I loved living here! Everything was organized from start to finish, everything was always taken care of, I always felt safe, and all of the staff were awesome! I lived here for 2 years and wouldn’t have changed a thing!
I had lived there for two years and had a good experience. I had problems with the old key cards and was happy when those were updated to fobs. Ground maintenance could have been better maintained and units need updating ascetically.
I'm really looking forward to moving into the apartments at the Reserve! I have had nothing but a good experience so far dealing with staff!
Great location and such a pretty complex! I also love how welcomed my dog is and how there are bags/multiple places to dispose of pet waste.
I love the atmosphere and happy to also work here soon(: everyone seems so nice so fat & the community is such a great area! The pool is amazing too
Nice student apartment, very quiet. Was very clean upon move in. Furniture could be updated. Very uncomfortable. Carpet could be updated, very ugly. One bedrooms are extremely expensive, the rate is not competitive at all. For the same rate I could live somewhere much nicer. I like that the apartment rent includes most utilities, so I understand why it’s so expensive. Overall pretty decent apartment.
good and convenient location. the large Grindstone park is close to the apartment. restaurants and stores are located accross from. friendly staff.
As a resident I don’t have anything to complain, but my friends can’t say the same. The reserve management usually send wrong documents for guarantors and future residents that make it impossible to sign up the lease. For my guarantor the esterce sent the wrong form 4 times. And for my friends sent the wrong form too and sometimes didn’t delete the 200 wave that the promotional code is supposed to. Due to this they ended up signing up their leases with other complex. I hope that the reserve honor what was agreed with me and my promotional code.
It was pretty fun, I surprisingly find out that the front desk staff is in the same class with me. Shuttle bus driver is always very friendly. I enjoyed my time in reserve
Great, but too far from downtown for a person who doesn't have a car and a tiny bit overpriced. Electricity bill went up to 120 for each person during winter, I am spending around 300 dollars on uber/lyft each month in the summer.
Overall a good spot for the amenities provided. The wifi is sometimes a bit spotty but I assume that is only because I didn't pay for better quality and just use the free wifi. It is worth it.
Don’t like having roommates. the rooms are small something is always breaking down, the The bus shuttle, the pool. My rent has went up from $385 to $400 since I’ve lived at the Reserve. I don’t like that prices change for every person.
Really great amenities - the gym and new sauna are really great! The long running shuttle is really awesome too. They also have free food Friday’s, which I love!
I love the location of The Reserve! It is pretty close to campus but without the busy downtown life! It is a very safe area and I love the nature trails nearby.
Excellent staff, great amenities, nice neighborhood and pet friendly with great surrounding areas for walking and biking. Have had a great experience so far.
You guys are pretty good! Rent is cheap and benefits are good although the quality of the apartments could be better, there's a hornet's nest right above one apartment
I really like that I comes furnished as I moved from a few states away and didn’t want to bring all sorts of furniture with me. The staff is always very welcoming and positive.
It was so cool. Everything about it was great. I can’t believe how amazing everything thing was and it just getting better and better as time went on.
Quality living space and great ppl who work the desk :) I will be moving states once my lease is up but will definitely recommend this place to friends next year.
My apartment is clean enough, and well-enough taken care of to live here quite satisfactory. I like that it's quiet here, so that I can study without disruptions or distractions, and sleep uninterrupted. I like that there is a gym here (especially the weight/fitness room), and the staff (especially the community assistants) are quite knowledgeable and very nice and helpful! I just wish the shuttle would have it's first pick-up at The Reserve at 6:30 a.m. or earlier, so I would have time to go to campus and eat breakfast, among other things before my 8:00 a.m. classes start. I also wish it would run later each night; preferably the last pickup at Mizzou be no earlier than midnight every day of the week, especially during the weekdays. It is very inconvenient to have to stop in the middle of studying on campus in the evening, to pack up just so I can make the 9:45 p.m. pick-up at Mizzou. It is quite distracting, and truth be told, very detrimental to studying, having to try to pick up where you left off when you left campus, after you arrive back at the Club house study room or your own apartment, and get back to studying that night. I do wish the living room and my bedroom were both brighter, so it would be easier, and healthier on your eyes to study at your own apartment. My bedroom lights, and especially the living room lights are not nearly bright enough. I do not like the desk in my room; the living room end table, coffee table, and entertainment stand under the tv, and especially the kitchen table, because of the crack between the frame and the wooden surface. Too much food gets stuck in that crack on the kitchen table and can be a hotbed for germs to grow. It would've been nice if the desk chair in my room had a comfortable and cushioned back to it, and also a cloth seat, so my hind end would sweat on these faux leather chair seats. And lastly, I wish there wasn't a gap between the desk in my bedroom, and the walls around it; I would've rather that the desk consisted of a countertop connected to and flush with the walls all around the desk. There would be more desk space, no chance for stuff to fall off the sides or back of the desk, and it probably would've been cheaper to go that route. Other than those few things, I like it here well enough. I chose to live here solely because I thought Mizzou had rented some of your apartments for their students and would have the city bus shuttle that ran from 6:30 a.m. until 1:15 a.m. that night. like it did when I lived at Campusview Apartments back in 2013 and rented my apartment there through MU. I haven't compared prices with any other apartment facilities in town, so I don't know whether or not I would continue living here strictly because of the attributes and amenities offered. But I am content living here so far.
I really liked the tour and people working are always nice and super helpful. The place is very clean and has all the tools and devices you need to have a good stay.
This place is conveniently located. restaurants and stores are nearby, right across from this place. There is a nice huge park within 10 mins walk
Everything about the reserve is very easy, I signed my lease online and never had a problem. I hope when I move in come August I will not be disappointed
I love the community and the workers. They are all very nice and welcoming. I love the amenities especially the sauna instead of tanning beds. I am very excited for the yoga on Monday's as well.
I love the structure, quite fancy. The staff are some of the nicest people I've met, the amenities are great, and if I ever need something fixed it is taken care of within 48 hours. You can tell the apartments were made in a hurry, bedrooms are quite small but in general, I like this place.
From incorrectly installed doors to bathtubs that dont drain, to a dishwasher coated in black mold, this apartment is a fixer upper. If Greystar really wants this to be a profitable asset, then they really need to do what EDR didnt, and just update the place. Even the furniture could use an overhall. My bedframe has a razor sharp corner that i’ve gouged my leg on twice living here. With a little TLC and an actual professional, because whoever EDR hired cant even mount a door correctly, this place could actually retain some reasonable amount of people. I dont want concert tickets or a PS4, Greystar, what I do want is an apartment that does what it says on the tin.
Community club, community pool, pool table, free candy in management office, weekend shuttle to groceries, cable , free internet on LAN and wifi,
The reserve should really consider adding gated entry because more and more non-residents are continually attempting to use the amenities. And some type of benefit for paying rent and bills on time would be great!
The tour was very good except it was difficult to get a feel for the full room size with the model that was shown. The amenities all seem very new and updated, and the basketball court was a huge reason we chose to sign.
Genally This is a nice place to live. It’s quiet and safe with a very convenient shuttle bus to school. However they are quite under staff so don’t expect your maintainence request be fulfilled quickly.
The reserve isn’t a bad location and I like the amenities a lot. I enjoy getting to know the people around me, but most of them seem pretty shy, but that’s not their fault.
The maintenance staff and the office staff are always very kind and helpful. I've never had any issues with the apartment complex or the staff.
Good location, great amenities and amazing shuttle service. Cheaper than most places I looked at. Maintenance could be better, they often take too long to attend to requests and management could be nicer.
I was a little dissapointed when I took my tour because my tour guide was not able to give me an answer regarding the internet capabilities of the appartment but that was a veey minor issue
I love the friendly community and all the amenities...for a great price! It is in a convenient location and there is free parking. The pool is super nice. The gym, although small, is very nice and always clean.
I enjoy living at the reserve. My favorite part is the shuttle service that takes us back and forth to Campus. This is very convenient to not have to drive to campus everyday.
I love living at the Reserve. It has a basketball court, and why do I have to type out one hundred and forty characters to submit my five star review?
It’s fine. Would not live here again, the rent is too high for what you get. Spend money on units not give away stuff. People would stay if units were better
I toured the facility several weeks ago and was blown away by how nice and accommodating the facilities are. I am very excited to be leasing at the Reserve next year!
The shuttle is great and the students working in the office are super nice but my room is loud, my heater is insufficient, and the management is unfriendly
The apartment is a great place to live and feels very at home. The size is a good size. The maintenance crew are good at answering request in a timely manner.
Terrible, couldn’t pay me to live here again. Late night shuttle is non existent (found bus driver asleep at memorial union or didn’t show up at all on countless occasions). Place is old, overpriced, and unreliable.
Quiet building, pet friendly, flexible gym and business center schedule, office correspondence always prompt and friendly! No real issues since move in!
I enjoy the reserve because it makes moving in and signing up for an apartment an easy and pain-free process. Once you have selected a room, filling out the online application is easy.
Everything is amazing here
It’s easy to get to and simple to sign up for to live and your next to a couple food places and not to far from school
The incentives were amazing at the reserve. A lot of caring staff and great amenities. It is the best apartment in mizzou with great prices.
I very much enjoy living at the Reserve. The amenities provided make it the obvious choice for graduate student housing off of campus. The reliable shuttle alone makes the experience a positive one. The community is safe and secure. My lone concern was the responsiveness of the after-hours courtesy officer - I needed to contact them on one occasion and I received no response. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
Great maintenance, funny and cool bus drivers and friendly staff. Love it here. Utilities are cheap as well. WiFi is very good too. Close to campus also a major plus.
The Reserve has done a lot to help make sure that everyone stays safe and warm during these winter months. The only thing I wish would happen is that they could bring in maintenance a bit earlier during the winter break to make sure all sidewalks and stairs are salted.
This is an excellent place to live. Especially if you're a student. They have great amenities like a shuttle to campus and a gym. The only thing I wish they had was a recycling receptacle.
pretty good overall, mostly positive some negatives as is with most places. I would recommend this place to live for anyone that is going to MU, its close to campus.
A nice, quiet and convenient place to live! The long running shuttle is great. The ameninties are awesome. The staff is super nice! I love it!
The quality of living here has gone down significantly over the years. Amenities are decent and the shuttle is one of the best features here. However, management can be flaky and inconsistent. The apartment is old and a lot of things fell apart in just a year, so the high price isn’t justified at all.
Getting maintence to fix a faucet once took a while, and the faucet was never completely fixed. Otherwise no major complaints, just a bit pricey
The amenities are great, maintenance request aren't really reliable. I've been dealing with a microwave that doesn't turn and a stove top with very janky coil.
conveniently located in a safe neighbourhood. There are a liquor store and several restaurants within walk distance. It takes 10-20 mins by car to the Mizzou campus.
Even just at my tour of The Reserve, I could tell I was really going to enjoy making this complex my home for the upcoming year. The complex is super nice, the people are friendly, and the location is perfect for me!
Apartment size is small compared to some that are marginally farther away from campus. Distance to campus is good and the late shuttle pick ups are very convient.
My experience at the Reserve has been pretty good.I like the location, it isn't too far from my campus. The staff is very nice and the maintenance is also good.
Somewhat noisy for graduate students. Amenities are great. Have known other residents have issues with people breaking in. Staff have been friendly and respond to requests in a timely manner.
Things are always great with this apartment complex. The office staff and maintenance team are always very kind and helpful. I enjoy the amenities.
Very nice community. The staff is responsive and pleasant. The walkways and stairs can get icy, but are generally well cared for. Noise problems can be intermittent, however there is usually a consistent low noise level.
I am in love with this place, as it is pet-friendly and have good amenities such as swimming pool (a small one, not a 50M pool), gym room and study room. I love the study room so much!!! The only one thing I don't like is that it is far away from the University of Missouri, and there is no shuttle during holidays, and breaks. Very inconvenient for international students!
Overall, The Reserve is an amazing place. I have yet to live there but my lease is signed and I am excited to start my new journey here.....
The shuttle is wonderful, the maintance is a little bit slow, the apartments are great, the bedrooms have good staff but the windows are small. The individual bathroom is the best.
I feel like there could be a lot of remodeling to the building that I’m staying in. I do like the fact that everything is included except for electricity I do you like the fact that we have a workout center and a study center.
My experience at the reserve has been good! I enjoy living here and my favorite thing here has to be the shuttle that runs every day to back and fourth to campus!
it is a clean and comfortable place to stay. I wish people that have dogs would clean up more often. I like the parking and I also like the shuttle bus. .
The Reserve has been great! The staff is very accommodating and welcoming, and the facilities are great. I especially like the shuttle times, they have the widest range of the complexes I've seen.
The shuttle is very nice. Everyone has worked pretty well. Only concern is some cracking on the walls and a couch made out of very poor material but other than that it’s all pretty good.
Staying in Reserve is pretty comfortable. There are good amenities like gym, study room, computer lounge. Staffs are kind and helpful for the residents.
It has been but rocky but so far I love it here. Staff are extremely nice, but the maintenance could be a little better. Rent is reasonable for what you get.
Great prices, wonderful amenities, and helpful staff. The apartments themselves could be better - they're pretty small and not very well made - but the amenities: the shuttle, the pool, and the incentives definitely make up for this. An overall comfortable place to live that's close to campus.
So far my expecrience living at The Reserve has been a pleasurable experience. The office staff is always friendly and whenever there is an issue with our apartment maintenance comes in a timely fashion.
I really enjoy living here. Management stays on top of things, and resolves problems quickly. The amenities here are excellent as well. I really like the gym and the study room.
I have not been very pleased living here. We have had many things not function properly, the living space is too small and there are too many garage spots. There is not enough space overall anywhere in the apartment.
It was my first time being paired with random roommates but it has been great so far. Not a bad location, no problems with the apartment and the bus has been very useful
WiFi is trash but otherwise it’s not that bad. The rooms are pretty okay and it’s defintiely affordable but other than that it’s just workable
very great so far. all the maintenance requests are complete in a timely manner and the amenities are great. the gym is always clean, the shuttle is very useful, etc.
My resident experience has been quite average. From the get go my furniture and room in general was below expectations. I will admit the bus, pool, and fitness center were above expectations.
I moved in earlier this fall and it has been nothing short of amazing. I had an issue with a leaky ceiling around my first month of living here and once I put in the maintenance request my problem was solved quickly and the man who came to fix it was extremely helpful. All the staff is welcoming always and I very much enjoy living at the reserve!
Apartments are very nice for the most part. Cleanliness could be better for when you have new renters moving in. The staff is very friendly and inviting
Baseboards and corners of the room are in rough shape. Window and window sill are too. Kitchen is very outdated. Proximity to campus is good, but rooms need updating.
Everyone here is quiet and respectful, while also willing to make easy conversation. The complex is kept clean and easily approachable. It's nice to see busy people!
I love the amenities and the bus is always on time, I just feel gay the interior of the apartments could be updated, and the maintenance process needs to be different. They can’t just show up without any advance. There’s other apartments in the area that are comparable in price and they have more updated furniture and interiors. Aside from these elements though, the staff is so friendly and it’s a really awesome place to live.
First time every living in an apartment complex and I would say for the most part very nice. They have nice facilities and a nice deck you can sit out on at night. The inside is a little dated and dirty. When I moved in nothing had been cleaned from the last resident who lived here. Other than that, I do always feel safe living here and that trumps everything.
Everything at the apartment is of great quality. I enjoy the facilities this complex offers, I've had enjoyable interactions with the front desk staff and the apartment itself is a quality place to live in!
Living here is a lot better my first year living at the reserve. There is still some difficulties sometimes but I think overall I’m more pleased.
The shuttle is the major reason for my stay at The Reserve. Sometimes I would leave the campus at night, but I can always take the shuttle back to the apartment.
Paragraphs are the building blocks of papers. Many students define paragraphs in terms of length: a paragraph is a group of at least five sentences, a paragraph is half a page long, etc. In reality, though, the unity and coherence of ideas among sentences is what constitutes a paragraph. A paragraph is defined as “a group of sentences or a single sentence that forms a unit” (Lunsford and Connors 116). Length and appearance do not determine whether a section in a paper is a paragraph. For instance, in some styles of writing, particularly journalistic styles, a paragraph can be just one sentence long. Ultimately, a paragraph is a sentence or group of sentences that support one main idea. In this handout, we will refer to this as the “controlling idea,” because it controls what happens in the rest of the paragraph.
Reserve will always be a 5 star for me! Because it has everything which one need to stay for a comfortable successful semester.. you can study in the rooms and print anytime you have access to an amazing gym and then u can always relax in the pool after a long day! Awesome job guys
Appliance is broken, Reserve claimed they ordered a new one 1 month ago. Haven't heard back since. The trim is ravaged by a dog, but just painted over.
I have had a good experience while living here so far and any concerns or problems I have had have been fixed by the next day. I really enjoy it here.
My room was not fully cleaned smelled like dog and had to clean before could move stuff in. Bus is good. Internet is not the greatest in town.
I moved in this August. So far my experience at the reserve has been good. The staff are kind and always willing to help. The only complaint I have is that there were several maintenance issues upon arriving.
It’s okay. Dryer takes hours to actually dry anything, none of the drains were cleared before we moved in, the stove top was clearly not cleaned in between residents. But the shuttle is always on time, it’s pretty close to things, staff is nice.
Some staff members are really nice and helpful, but others are less. Miscommunication happens quite a bit here and results in a lot of confusion.
One again, the maintenance could be improved upon. I had a closet door fall off and after a week, no one has yet to come fix it. Another maintenance man even saw the door after doing an apartment check saying that he saw my request and it is still broken. The amenities also aren’t the good, the WiFi and tv are iffy if the weather isn’t good and it isn’t uncommon for a machine in the gym or the bicycles to not be working.
The location is good and convenient... There are the places nearby such as restaurants and a liquor store within five minutes walk distance.
Apartment is clean and spacious for a studio, the staff is nice and is able to answer all question. All of my requests met in timely manner.
The staff here is always so friendly and always have the office stocked with candy and snacks. The gym is a bit small but there usually isn't many people in there so it's not that big of an issue. Shuttle is always on time.
Organised quiet clean ordered community with friendly staff, gym, basketball court, pool, hot tub, clubhouse with pool table, golf arcade, computer and printing facilities, college shuttle, weekend shopping shuttle, snacks, occasional lunch and dinner partays.
Prompt support from maintenance.
Everything has been great. The staff is always kind and welcoming. The maintenance staff are always on top of their game, and the amenities are nice as well.
I love this place. It’s really a good place and I like the shuttle that takes us to campus. It’s also a very clean complex and the people are really nice
The Reserve offers a lot of benefits for the residents. There is a pool, gym, bikes are available for free, and snacks or coffee are also for free. The staff is friendly
The Reserve is a great apartment complex with many amenities and perks. Also, the staff is really friendly! I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for high quality and affordable apartments.
I choose the reserve because of its location. But when I actually got here. I found it’s a very fascinating place to live with a beautiful view and fine club house.
My experience was good, we had a problem with the roommates stuff but in the end it all ended well, we found new roommates and are living fine.
It's so great! It's a quiet place. The staff are great! If there's something damage, they can fix it as soon as possible. Also, the shuttle schedule is perfect!
The amenities are very nice and the shuttle really comes in handy! The apartment itself is a little on the small side and not the best quality but everything was very clean!
So far so good been locked out had my door open free of charge guest passes for the bus apartment good roommate and I get along it’s my second time living here
I think that this is a good place to
Live but if I had to change some things I would say that having two shuttles operating from 730am-4pm would help a lot of people out.
The staff are always helpful and friendly. And there is always something to do. And they make everything so convenient. From grocery shopping to bar hoping they’re there for you.
I love living here. It’s so clean and everyone is super friendly. I love being able to have a bike whenever I want or swim. Also, shuttling to campus is the best.
I like it so far. They give me exactly the room I wanted (even though that wasn't guarantied). Shuttle is very convenient, petty it started to work only on 1st school day, i'd definitely needed it from the day i moved in to get to walmart and campus!
So far, so good! They’ve answered every question I’ve asked have been very helpful! Haven’t move in yet, but I’m sure the experience will be a positive one.
Very well, get along with all my new roommates as of now, they all like everything pretty well cleaned and looking nice same as I do. We share the living space very well.
Not a bad setup by any stretch, but not without some initial kinks and issues. The room layout, furniture, and appliances are all strong positives, being of quality. However the unit was not properly cleaned upon move in (broken toilet, greasy countertops and stains, dead bugs, etc.). To their credit, The Reserve has fixed all these problems promptly and effectively, besides the initial dirtiness which I cleaned myself. The bug issue is tbt if it will be ongoing. Also a very nice clubhouse and workour room, as well as a great location.
It is a decent apartment with nice furniture and ok fixtures and appliances. Management is typically responsive within a week. It is a nice community and I would recommend above other communities at the same price point mainly for the private bathroom. Parking is hard to find depending on apartment location though.
I love the structure of the building, quite fancy. The staff are some of the nicest people I've met, the amenities are great, and if I ever need something fixed it is taken care of within 48 hours. You can tell the apartments were made in a hurry, quite small bedroom, but with $400, I'm fine with it
Manager is so helpful. The building area is quite not problems what so ever amazing environment. Can’t wait to see all the events that go down here in Columbia Mo
So far the comunity has been adaquit. The roomate selection proccess paired me with aome grad stude ta which is what I wanted. THE COFFE CAN ONLY ACCESSED DURING BUSINESS HOURS!
Just moved into the Reserve and it is just alright. Upon move in there was some small blemishes throughout the apartment, including some wood rot in the bathroom. Our patio ceiling is also hanging down with a gaping hole. Other than those things it seems pretty nice.
Nice neighborhood, spacious common living areas, good room and bathroom size. Varied and unique amenities, Everyone has been really friendly
Very friendly staff. Good setting of the rooms. I live in a 3b3b unit and I like it. The only thing is the laundry room is a little bit too close to the bedrooms.
My questions were answered very promptly prior to move in, and I was able to move in early very smoothly. I chose to live here because my friends have never had any complaints, and I am looking forward to being part of the Reserve community. Also, I hear that maintenance (and the Tempurpedic mattresses) here are great!
Overall, the past three years has been great. I wanna special shout out to Roger from maintenance. He's the best. He gets 6/5 stars for all of his hospitality and work. Also, I would like to say that the extra services like the shuttle, pool and gym is nice. What's the second best though are the Tempurpedic mattresses. 5/5. The wifi can be iffy, BUT they fix that quick. Overall 4/4 stars. Parking can get complicated.
Last year was fine, other than having a roommate who stole and kept stealing my food. Elauwit's internet was okay, except the times it went down. It was a nice and quiet year last year.
The staff is so nice and accommodating. Mantinence is always very prompt and done right. I love it here! So many amenities and the rooms are really nice as well.
The office staff is typically nice and the workout center and pool is excellent. You have to call a billion times to get anything done though.
upon moving in the unit was not cleaned. Furniture was destroyed, trash was all over the house and bathroom was dirty. Overall the community is nice.
Loved the apartments! So cozy and welcoming. Arriving at the Reserve put a smile on my face. I’m veru excited to spend this school year with my roomies at the Reserve!
I’ve had no issues with the residence at all. It’s good price that Includes a lot of amenities as well. It’s hard to find a place that includes rent, utilities, and WiFi for one rate. No issues.
Theres been a few issues with the apartment but overall not bad for the affordability. I do wish maitence was better, they seem to “put a bandaid on a bullet hole” as it were. And I’ve had a difficult time getting them to actually fix certain amenities.
I have been leaving at the Reserve for 1 year already and I find it a good place to leave. It's quiet and the stuff is welcoming, patient and active.
Has been great so far. The staff is really nice and helpful. The biggest problem is the WiFi seems to go out once a week and can be very slow
I love the community so far, clean and well kept. Communication with the front office has been interesting however. This was mainly during the period of time when my roommates and I were expected to find out where we were living and we had to wait two weeks longer than what was promised. Excited for move in day
Will be a future resident and excited to see what comes next! The only thing my friends and I are struggling with is getting a hold of management with some of our questions. We do not live close and calling or email is our only option.
I have enjoyed my stay at the Reserve. It is a very clean and quiet place. I greatly recommend this apartment for graduate students and out of state students.
Overpriced for what you get. The bus was good, usually on time. Very small spaces. Carpet will turn your socks black from the day you move in and then they'll try and charge you extra for cleaning it at the end.
I have really enjoyed living here so far! The move in process was very smooth and the facilities, apartments, and office are very nice. Staff is friendly and helpful.
A great community to live in! I really like the amenities - the long-running shuttle, the pool, and the gym is amazing! A great first apartment.
very excited to live here because it was so beautiful. I cant wait to use the workout room and the sauna. I am also happy that they have their own shuttle because i wont ave a car next semester
Living at reserve wasca good experience for me because of following reasons:
It is clean
It is furnished
It has small but good pool
We have shuttles during the semester
The only inconvenience that I have is that we do not have shuttle during summer.
A good community with decent response time. Two downsides are 1. apartment walls are not soundproof and 2. toilet flush does not work properly some times
The staff and amenities are nice. It is usually a pretty quiet place, and maintenance staff is always very nice and helpful. It's been great living here
Staffs helped me out promptly and maintenance system are pretty good. Amenities such as health room, study room is really well maintained. One thing that annoyed me is air conditioner. The noise is quite big to me.
They are very helpful and active. They all cooperative when I have problems. They sent me lots of emails. I look forward moving in to this place.
Great experience. I thought noise would be a huge problem considering I live on the first floor. But it is not. The staff treats the residents great.
It was fine. I was a little confused about how the roommate connect thing works, I filled out the survey but I'm nut sure what I am supposed to do after this.
This place is conveniently located, all furnished and amenities equipped (24 hours gym, study rooms, conference rooms, and a nice pool). Nice and enjoyable place to live
Stay at Reserve at Columbia has been pretty good experience so far. Amenities are good and administrative staff have been pretty help full all along.

I really love the Reserve! I have lived here for three years and I could not be happier! The Reserve has really great amenities, especially the clubhouse and the pool!
Really noisy if you live next to the road. Apartments are small for the price, but the pool is nice and the staff is always really nice when I need to go to the office.
Friendly staff, comfortable clubhouse amenities, gym and basketball court, pool table, swimming pool, on time maintenance, free snacks and candy
The apartments are pleasant and quite, but the maintenance usually has to be called in at least twice to fix a single problem. The staff is mostly helpful and the amenities are great, except for the bikes
I've really enjoyed my time living at the reserve. The utilities are great, the bus system is helpful, and the staff is so friendly. It's been a great experience!
Pretty nice amenities, very helpful staff and maintenance. Roommate selection process is not great. Key card system isn't always operable. All in all a decent place to live.
Love it and love the staff members in the office so helpful. Everything in the complex are great and useful. Can’t wait to return for the fall and spring semester.
I should start off by saying that this is not my first time living at The Reserves. It was great then and it's even better now. The staff in the office are super frie6. While the free snacks are super convenient the available shuttles for late night trips downtown are a gift to us all.
I love living here at The Reserve at Columbia. I first started living her in the beginning of August 2017 and I have had a wonderful experience. Anytime I need help with something, the office staff always does their best to assist me and the community has so many amazing amenities to offer as well. I definitely recommend living at The Reserve!
I really like the Reserve. The staff are helpful, maintenance is timely, and the apartments are well maintained. My only issue is the covered parking spaces are crammed.
My apartment community, overall is a nice place to live. It’s usually quiet and there doesn’t seem to be much conflict between renters. There is a gym and exercise/weight room that is free to use if you’re a resident here. There’s also a tanning room for those who want to tan. There is a pool we’re allowed to use and I think there’s also a hot tub. They have a shuttle bus running from the apartment complex to the college. The apartments are nice enough, though it kind of seems like they may be getting a little older. I like it that they have tempur-pedic beds, but I wish that instead of the desks they have there, that they would’ve built a desk to go from wall to wall so you have more desk space and papers can’t fall down beside and behind the desk. Overall, I’m satisfied living here, though I’ve found out that I’ve have to pay $24 per month more than other residents, so that’s irritating!
Appliances hardly work. The washer machine and diswasher sound like an airplane taking off. We can’t use the sink and the diswasher at the same time. The couches are worst couches I’ve ever sat on. I’d rather have my own but it cost money to store the apartments furnature. The tanning bed is dirty and doesn’t work well. Everything in the apartment seems very cheap and outdated. Honesty overpriced for what you get.
Some positives - the pool is nice. Nice location
Overall, The Reserve has a decent environment. The shuttle is definitely a great asset for residents like me without cars, but the lack of personal interaction with the staff is incredibly frustrating. I've only seen a few people who work at the desk when I go to pick up my package, and I have no idea who the management is. I wouldn't be able to pick any of them out of a lineup.
The warning system also needs refinement. My roommates left their trash on the porch constantly last semester, and I'm the only one who has ever recieved a warning for it - when it was out for one night because I didn't have the time to walk it all the way to the dumpster. I would hesitate before recommending The Reserve to a friend or family member.
Really great maintenance staff, office staff is mediocre. Went through a bad experience with a office member who was dating my at the time roommate. I was treated poorly and unfairly.
I pretty like here because of tge environment and safe.
I vary recommend my good friends surrounding me and my classmates in my classroom to live here. The manager here is vary nice too.
I greatly enjoy my stay at the Reserve. It makes being away from my home state much more easier. I would greatly recommend graduate students to move into the Reserve. The area is very quiet and the residents are polite.
Cozy apartments with really great amenities. The shuttle is awesome, the gym is great and the staff is super helpful! I really enjoy how close it is to campus too!
I’ve almost lived at The Reserve for a year and it’s been a good experience. Maintenance guys always respond to requests in a timely manner and the desk attendants are very helpful.
I love living at the Reserve. The amenities are awesome and the staff are always so friendly. The maintenance is always quick to respond when I need something also.
It’s a good place to live, however the constant fact that the shuttle can easily be messed up with no warning is a constant issue, smoke alarms are extremely sensitive while cooking, the furniture is uncomfortable and begins to fall apart easily and flake off. The internet continues to just shut off randomly sometimes with no warning or estimate to be fixed. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy, the consistent rewards you get like food at the clubhouse are nice, as well as some snacks they give out (however lately they have been not as good). The cable package is nice and the pricing to stay here is nice despite sometimes having parking issues. Overall it’s not the best in Columbia but it beats east campus by a long shot, I would reccomend it to friends
Sometimes they can or the bus with no warning leaving students stranded while other buses are running. Other than that my experience has been good. I just rely on the bus so it makes me a little nervous
I think after touring last year and living in the dorms for two years that I expected something more. So far, our dishwasher has broken, our ice maker has broken (twice), three of our four showers don’t drain, my bathroom sink drains slowly and takes a long time to get hot, none of our Ethernet ports in our walls work, but it’s still an upgrade over dorm life so three stars.
The front desk and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. It's a pretty chill place to live. Good roommates make it even better.
Good place to live. Although, there always seems to have something wrong with the apartments and sometimes maintenance does always come to fix it.
Everything is alright except for the fact that a lot of things are starting to wear out or break. The internet is also a constant problem. Especially with being a student, the internet one of the most important amenities.
There is always an issue in this apartment. The communication in the front office is poor. The manager is not very polite. I have had issues since the first week I moved in
I love it at The Reserve! It is so close to campus and the staff here is extremely sweet! I only wish that the rent for the apartment wasn't so expensive each month.
I have been here for 6 months and i have researched almost all the apartments available. There is no place like the Reserve!!!! Everything u imagine having only at home comfort peace cleanliness and maintenance. Everything is just perfect. Love the team
I haven’t started it yet, but I can’t wait for it. I am excited to have an amazing time meeting new people. I also can’t wait to hit the gym we have.
I love that I chose The Reserve! Great prices for all of the amenities, activities, and commodities it offers. Also... longest running shuttle in Columbia! Who can beat that?
Front Office- attentive and cheerful.
Apartment- Clean and everything works. I have small problems with the toilet and TV
Apartment Grounds- Mostly clean (windy).
Love the reserve!! Close to campus and stores! Best place in town! Staff is great it’s safe and And picklemans is next door! If you’re looking for a place this is it!
Great in Almost all aspects. Best value for location and amenities. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Quit community. Only downside is the service sometimes lacks (can’t pay at the club house ect.)
I think the greatest part of this community is the shuttle bus system. So as a resident, you can take the bus to MU campus from Monday to Friday, also it can take you to Walmart on weekend. This makes my life so convenient.
They were very helpful when I was having issues with redeeming my gift card, I do not live here yet but to me it seems like they are very helpful and accommodating.
The Reserve has been a great place to live so far! The staff is very responsive and kind and the facilities are really nice and well taken care of!
I like that it is so close to the school, but it is noisy and too expensive for the small space. I was also never informed of the extra pet feeds before moving in until about 2 weeks before hand.
The Reserve is an okay place to live. There’s nothing that really makes The Reserve stand out from other apartment complexes in Columbia. The Reserve is just average
Everything about The Reserve is amazing. My boyfriend, puppies, and I have lived here for a little over 6 months and love our little home. I love living in The Reserve because we have the best amenities and community.
I've lived here for two years, and I haven't had any serious issues. The staff is nice, and they don't get too annoyed with my constant emails.
The reserve is a great place to live. The staff is very helpful and the maintenance is always on top of any issue I may be having. I would recommend anyone to live here
So far so good. Decent amenities and office is friendly and helpful. Decent fitness center. Having drinks and snacks available in the office is also nice.
I truly enjoy living at the Reserves. If there’s one thing I would change, it is the maintenance requests. I think they should be more persistent.
The customer service has been phenomenal. The service has gone out of their way to go above and beyond in answering questions and solving problems
The Reserve is an amazing place to live. Not only, do they have the BEST staff in Columbia but they also are very understanding and accommodating of everyone's needs! 10/10 would recommend living at the Reserve!!! You wont regret it!
I love living at the Reserve! My favorite part about the apartment complex is the shuttle service that runs every 15 minutes! Every employee I have had contact with is super nice and a great asset to the Reserve.
The front desk and maintenance staff are always really friendly. I am comfortable with the size of our apartment, and there aren't too many parties around here.
Overall pleasant experience, helpful staff to answer any questions you have, and a quickly responding maintenance team. Would recommend, especially at the deals they offer.
I am a future resident and have had many questions so far, and the Reserve has been so much help answering them all for me! I am very excited to move in next school year!
It has been amazing and I love that fact that you have all of these amenities and awesome staff.i am so grateful that I found the reserve at Columbia.
The clubhouse being 24/7, the shuttle running so late, makes my life a lot easier. I can study in a quiet area, I can pass out studying, until 3 am, wake up, and go to my apartment.
Affordable student apartment community. The amenities are a nice bonus. The shuttle service is always on time and convenient. I would highly recommend
Everything has been fine up until lately with the internet issue and the door key card issue. These things are super important for living situation and it was difficult to not have these available or accessible.
Great place for the price. It is slightly noisy, and we have had some problems with the appliances, but it has all been fixed. Great and helpful staff
Rarely respond to any of the calls I make with concerns or questions. Misrepresented a few of their policies before I signed a lease with them.
I really like living here at the Reserve! The staff is always very nice and helpful. I just wish the rooms had a little more space and better amenities in each apartment.
Very well maintained, apartments are very clean and well kept. Maintenance could be quicker upon response, but most everything else is fine. Shuttle is great as well!
The staff are friendly and very helpful when it comes to answering questions! It can be difficult sometimes to get a hold of matinence and know when they have fixed a problem.
Bus schedule is great and always on time. It would be nice to have events so residence can get to know each other. I've lived here for 2 years and haven't met my neighbors once. It's nice to have the snacks in the office.
I am very pleased with my experience at The Reserve. The staff is always polite and willing to help. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it will get completed with the next forty-eight hours. Also, I'm very happy with all the amenities: a stand-up tanning bed, 24/7 gym access, a printing center, a gym room, lots of parking.
Being completely new to Columbia, I was uncertain about housing. Upon arriving to The Reserve, my apprehension was at ease. It is a very clean complex and surprisingly quiet.
I’ve only lived at The Reserve for a few months, but I’ve had a really good experience with them so far. The management is friendly, and the apartment itself is nice. So far, I have no complaints!
Mostly good, internet and amenities are nice just when I moved in I was given a couch with tears in it, which I disliked very much but besides that everything has worked well.
The Reserve is an awesome place to stay at. It's super affordable. Free snacks in the office. Gregarious staff. Clean rooms. What more do you need?
The reserve is a great place to live in a student community. The complex has great amenities that are easily available. Maintenance is quick to make any repairs or replacements that I request
I love living at the Reserve so far! The community is so nice, and so are the amenities. The 4 bedroom is a lot more spacious than we intended also.
Very nice for such a good price! Paying rent is super easy and hassle free, the staff is always available to answer questions, and they keep tons of snacks and coupons on hand in the main office!
The Reserve is great because it has so many useful amenities. It is reasonable considering all the extras you get. I like being away from campus but being able to get there in 10 minutes.
The apartments here are mostly pretty well-kept. I'm staying on a building master leased by a university, so we have some hoops to jump through and issues other residents wouldn't. The staff are helpful when you can get to them. My only complaint is the office hours - since it's primarily student housing, it would be great if there were slightly more accessibility before we had to get out in the mornings.
My experience at the Reserve at Columbia has been great. I take advantage of the shuttle almost daily. The fitness center has good eqiupment but could use a cable box or free weight bench press.
nice rooms. comfy beds. internet speedy enough. convenient location. good amount of space. Furniture is a bit cheap. office staff is responsive.
everything is nice. great team in the office. wonderful service is being provided. except the front door key card. it is taking for ever to open.
My resident experience has been nothing less than sublime. The apartment itself is great. The complex is very clean and appealing. Last, but not least, the amenities are better then expected! Glad I chose to live here!
Great apartment; could use work on customer service. ie not being able to take payments in cash and sometimes a seemingly uncaring staff. However, the shuttle is great and overall compared to other similar apartments it does seem to be a lot better.
Living here has been good. The services are great. The bus and gym are very useful. The rent is decent and I enjoy having my own space with someone I choose.
At the Reserve, I met with more than expected and I am very happy. I have all the necessary accommodation allowing me to focus on my studies. On top of that, the shuttle service from the Reserve to the University of Walmart is just a success and always on time.
For those who are away from home.. Reserve takes care of all your needs and make you comfortable. Staff just knows what you need. The pool and gym hits your anxiety away.. The shuttle being the best part.. Reserve just fits to all your needs. Its awesome
Pros: good location close to campus, long running shuttle, nice pool
Cons: overpriced, noisy neighbors, not enough uncovered parking spots for residents (must pay for covered spots;also overpriced)
There are some maintenance problems, the lightbulb died in our living room and the back of our couch has been spreading since we moved in, also or kitchen sink does not have a film to keep the water from shooting out.
The Reserve is quiet and well maintained but they nickel and dime you constantly. The Reserve raised prices despite being unable to fill rooms. I misplaced my carport sticker and they charged me $25 for a replacement sticker (which I am certain costs them $3 max) despite having been a multiple year tenant and having paid the extra $25 per month for a carport for two years.
The bill-paying system could be better. As it stands, there is no real "bill" sent to residents, leaving us with precious little record of the transaction. Putting money into an account from which it is then withdrawn by the complex is highly unusual and needlessly...odd.
Everything that I need is in one location. With laundry in unit and a gym on site it makes living simpler. Combining this with a shuttle system to and from campus that can even take me home from late night seminars is great.
Great place to live friendly staff. Always nice to work with. The pool is nice as well as the workout area. Lots of computers and fun things to do!
So far, so good! I just moved in this past week. There are many good amenities offered for such a great price. I wish the weight room had some more equipment.
I enjoy the accessibility of the apartment complex. It's nice that the shuttle runs so often and for so long as well. The staff at the reserve is always very friendly and helpful as well.
I have really enjoyed the Reserve, love the pool/hot tub and the nice mattresses. The only problem I have had is getting a hold of management when I had an issue with the gift card rewards delivery, but it has been resolved!
The bus is pretty nice. There are big tvs in the apartments that are great for watching game of thrones and rick and morty. Honestly standard college apt.
I am very happy to at the Reserve. It is the best place to stay as a student, and I like the serene atmosphere, and the shuttle very efficient.
Although my move-in wasn't the greatest, I am impressed with the communications and help I've been getting from the main office! Thank you for being kind.
The people are friendly. Most of the appliances in the house work correctly. The location has worked well for getting to and from campus. Thanks.
The Reserve is pretty good when it comes to maintenance requests and fulfilling them in a timely manner. Still some smokers in our non-smoking community, but that's beyond their control.
I think the reserve is a great place to live! Great pricing, great amenities, and comfortable homey living. I have experienced great help also from the main office.
I've lived here for one week and so far it's been great. The best thing is the shuttle service which runs every 15 minutes from 7am until 9pm. They even have a late night and weekend shuttle.
Love this place. Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. The only thing I have a problem with is parking. When I come home at night, I would like to have at least a parking spot near my apartment.
You are doing well. Thanks for the 2500 points. I think this is really cool. But I wish I would receive my physical gift card sooner than 7-14 days. I know it can be done much faster than this.
So far pretty good. I like the employees but management is lacking. Facilities are nice. Parking is okay but the extra cost for Carport is absurd.
Really good location and great amenities. The staff seem friendly and very helpful. Would suggest this place to anyone looking to live in Columbia.
Great place to live at Mizzou with a Shuttle, lease bonus, great amenities and a referral bonus. Conveniently located just 2 miles from campus, great pool, indoor Mizzou logo'd basketball court and a work out center that rivals Lifetime fitness.
You are doing good and honestly I like it here and am mainly trying to get to 140 characters because I want that amazon gift card so I'm gonna keep talking
The community has been so helpful in the moving process! I constantly check the move in letter that they have sent me because it has everything I need!
The reserve at Columbia is a very well organized community that allows many people To enjoy their time in Columbia. The places in apartments are very clean and the air is very quiet. Also I'm enjoying my time here
To be honest I'm just doing this for the point because o want those 5 dollars really badly this place is mediocre and I'm just gonna keep writing till I hit 140 characters
I love the Reserve! It's so quiet and it has such close proximity to campus! The living area and kitchenin my apartment is very spacious for me and my three roommates. I wouldn't live anywhere else!
The reserve maintainence staff was great at responding to work orders. The walls are a bit thin. The pool area is nice, sometimes untidy and.
Love this idea! So great! I think it's a great idea to offer rewards and gift to the residents at this apartment complex. It makes you actually feel like a memeber.
I am a future resident of the Reserve and the second I came I. Everyone was welcoming and ready to answer any and all questions I had. We were able to set up a tour date quickly and because of the service, and beautiful apartments we decided to make this our place of living.
Reserve is a great place to live. The maintenance people are always very helpful and the gym and basketball court are awesome for hanging out and always having something to do. The night bus and shuttle to school are greatly appreciated.
Even though I have not moved in yet I do know the reserve is doing a great job so far, especially with communication! They have paired me up with great roommates and the staff is VERY friendly. Cannot wait to move in!
Haven't moved into the reserve yet but I can already tell it's going to be a great place to live. I especially love the basketball court which is a big reason I signed here.
This place is amazing! The staff is great and helps you with whatever is needed. Anytime there's a problem maintenance is quick to fix the problem! The facility is great and there's plenty to fill your time here!
Really nice staff that are willing to help you with ever you may need. The shuttle bus service to campus is super awesome. The only reason why I rated 4 stars is because the apartments leak air, so during winter time the cold air comes in causing the furnace to run a lot and vice versa in the summer time.
good job excited for my card! I think this card will really help me in the future since It's my first apartment and I'm always in need of money
The amenities are what really sold me on The Reserve. My favorite part is the shuttle that runs late. It will save me from having to drive up to campus myself for late night tests.
The rooms are really good, nice and clean. Maintenance is a little slow sometimes however and doesn't always get on top of things. Love the community though.
Things were broken when I moved in. Also, my last roommates were very loud. The fire alarms would often go off for no reason at all. To make matters worse, my roommates were the opposite of what I requested. They always had people over, were never quiet, and kept odd hours. I could go on. It wasn't great.
The Reserve is nice! I have lived in many places in Columbia and can't wait to start my lease here. The gym, pool, staff, facilities, apartment quality are all nice!
The apartments are a bit small, but more cozy than anything else. The staff is really helpful and nice, and the events they have are really cool!
Honestly, I really like my apartment complex! The staff in the office are always really nice and it's been great living at The Reserve this past year.
I haven't moved in yet but the staff has been very helpful with giving us our needed information on our leases and move-in date! I am excited to live here!
Up to this point, the customer service has been great and I feel knowledgeable about all the information I need to know regarding my housing and how to utilize all of the benefits provided to me.
I haven't actually moved into the reserve but the person that gave me the tour did a very good job and I loved the environment. I'm excited to live at the Reserve
I love it here, I would reccomend this place to anyone. I haven't moved in yet, but the times I've been here to look around I can already know I will love it
The Reserve has been the best place to live at, and I have lived at other student housing. But The Reserve takes the cake! I would recommend all students to live here.
The Reserve has nice amenities and the longest running shuttle, which is very convenient. I haven't had many issues with my unit but maintenance is always available to help.
You guys are fantastic! I literally love living here because my roommates are great and campus is less than five minutes away. Great amenities and great staff are here too!
The walls are thin and sometimes I can hear my neighbors. But maintenance is very quick at responding to requests and the shuttle times are convienent since there's a weekend and late night schedule.
Very impressed with the staff and their willingness to help. I'm truly excited to live here next year. The amenities and quality of the apartments attracted me to the Reserve.
The reserve is a great and friendly place. Staff exceeds expectations and facilities are well manitained. A good place to call home. Highly recommend to other young students looking to lease
I really like the apartment building that I was assigned to. Not wanting very noisy neighbors, I can see that my wants were taken under consideration when I was assigned an apartment.
so in love with the reserve i already signed my lease! i love the shuttle times, the workout rooms and the look of every room! cannot wait until next year!
The community is a very friendly environment. The areas are nice and clean and well presented. The employees in the office are very welcoming
The shuttle and study room are amazing! It has made living away from campus so much easier. The pool and the grill are awesome bonuses. I really like living here!
Very nice staff so far. The candy at the front desk is nice too. Rooms are nice and the services available are very handy as well. Lastly, good the community is very kind!
I haven't moved in yet, but the customer service at the Reserve has been 5 Star so far. I can't wait to move in and see how else they can surprise me.
I enjoyed living at the reserve. There are good amenities. However the maintenance sucks. They don't know what they are doing. And we had a lot of subsequent maintenance requests
Have not even moved in yet but this has already been the easiest apartment-hunting experience I've ever had. I signed the lease with ease and was able to make corrections to mistakes I had made on my application. I cannot wait for August!
I don't know, guys. You do a lot of different things, not much particularly are beneficial to me. There's all these contests and provisions and stuff like that you host, but for me personally I have no interest in them. I just need a functioning apartment to come home to and reasonable means of getting to campus. That's all.
The staff at the Reserve are super helpful and they get back to you in a timely manner! I've had a really great experience with them so far!
The Reserve is doing a great job making sure all the residents are happy. Allie who works in the main office is especially great. I am excited to live at The Reserve next year!
the reserve is really nice and i really look forward to living there. The customer serive is really really good. Very friendly people i would reccommed them to other people
Really like that you guys offer the 5 month semester lease. The incentives to sign up early were also amazing, and I appreciate how focused on the customer everyone is.
The staff has been honest and informative with the signing of leasing documents. I will need to see how living in the apartment complex is to determine if the Reserve deserves the final star.
The staff I have encountered so far was really nice and helpful at all times, though did we recieve the giftcard around 2-3 weeks after we thought we would get it. We were told it wouldn't take long and it did, which is sad as a first impression as service, but I'm optimistic!
I have friends who currently live at The Reserve and visiting them made me want to live there. The recreation facilities are great. The touring process was fast, the employees were friendly, and signing the lease was easy. I'm excited to move in over the summer.
You guys are doing great. I'm so excited to move into my apartment in the fall! I had no idea that I was getting a $500 gift card, either! how awesome is that!
The Reserves is pretty nice overall, the amenities are great and the actual apartment is nice enough for college kids. I renewed my lease here for another year.
It has what I need and I love the ammentites it has! I love the apartment set up choices with how many beds and baths they have! I love the tv channels and the size of tv!
I haven't moved in to the reserve yet but so far, everyone has been really friendly and welcoming. I'm excited to become a new resident this fall!
The reserve is very great and helpful. I can't wait to live here next fall as a sophomore attending the University of Missouri! There is a special Facebook page you can try to find your room mates with too!
Love the reserve. The bus is amazing and is always on time. The workout center is really continent and well maintained. It is also nice having the computer center to print out assignments.
It's like feeling good when receive the gift card from a community.
Actually, I do like that environment when I was been here. And it's gym is good.
Living at The Reserve has been a great experience so far in my year and it has been enjoyable. I have renewed my lease her for next year because I liked it so much here.
Great! Honestly, the staff at the front desk in the office are always nice and helpful when I come in. I like that the gym is open all the time, and the offered events look fun too!
Just started using this, but getting free money is always good. Easy to set up, and I got my credits instantly. It's definitely something I'd recommend.
Pretty basic college apartments. You get what you pay for. The walls are fairly thin but managable. The maintenance is really quick helpful. Great staff though, very friendly!
I like it here a lot. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the amenities are great and I don't mind the apartments at all. We got tempur pedic beds as a signing bonus and we didn't even know about it, so that is awesome.
Overall I love living here. It's quiet and though sometimes we have issues with our appliances, the maintenance staff is reall great (they usualy come the next day). There have been a few shuttle issues this past week, but they've done a great job with handeling it.
Overall, the Reserve is doing well. The apartments are nice and the staff is helpful. Noise has never been an issue. They could improve by better cleaning the apartments and fixing maintenance issues before move in.
So far I'm really excited to live here next year. I've heard only good things about The Reserve, so I can't wait! And having a pool doesn't hurt either!
Great place to live! Everything is perfect! I'm excited to live another year here at the Reserve! It truely feels like home aka a place I love.
Truly a great community. My only concern is the size of the parking spots at the community. It causes great difficulty most days and can be cause for concern.
There was no hassle getting my apartment leased and my tour was fantastic and they showed me everything I asked! I even got showed an actual apartment instead of just a model.
The Reserve isn't so bad. We've had some sound issues, and the garbage disposal sometimes clogs. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Overall, it's great!
The managers are very helpful with solving problems. The late night shuttle is very convenient for night exams. The clubhouse is a nice quiet place to workout or hang with friends.
It's a great place to live! The Reserve is super close to campus and has nice amenities. Granted, the parking spaces are small, but it is an affordable pace that is furnished!
Best community in Columbia, great shuttle, friendly neighbors, nice club house, free food and snacks, free bicycles, Pokémon stop and gym nearby, restaurant, Booze store nearby and helpful office guys.
I have a few things to say, so I'll put them in a list. In general, the apartments are very good and comfortable, but I'd change these few things;
1. Maintenance doesn't seem to come on any particular schedule.
2. Nickel and diming residents with parking passes and the like is despicable.
3. I'm over the character limit, gimme points.
The reserve has been a great place for me to live right out of the dorms. The privacy of having your own room and kitchen is really nice and the community is great.
I love living at the Reserve. The shuttle is very convient and the workout room is always clean. The printer in the computer lab is constantly broken or out of paper which is a hassle.
MARY CARLY S.
The Reserve is a great community that takes care of its residents. I love living here! For an affordable price, the Reserve offers everything I could ask for.
The reserve at columbia provides very great service to its residents. The amenities are useful and had made my life easier. The study room comes in handy sometime because it is 24/7. However, I think it is quite frustrating on the fact that I kept getting emails about maintenance will be entering my apartment on top of the maintenance requests.
I have totally enjoyed living at the reserve so far this semester. I am completely looking forward to my experience living here in the spring!
The reserve is a good place to live. It is very convenient when it comes to the shuttle and amenities that are provided. The closeness to campus is very nice too.
I really like the shuttle pool and gym, but I wish each unit was a nicer and there was an easier recycling method. Also the location is really great.
Apartment is nice. Maintenance is ready and willing to always help. Parking is okay car got hit while parked yet no one left note or anything.
The staff is one of the best things about the reserve. Very helpful and knowledgeable and always friendly. The room isn't bad, it's a bit smaller than I expected but not a huge issue. The size of the bathroom makes up for it. Only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the furniture- it isn't too comfy and it's cheap (couches and bed!). I would still recommend a friend here though!!
It's great so far. The services and amenities within the apartment complex. There are however problems with the parking spaces. I'd like it if the parking spaces were wider.
Very well! The staff is very friendly and always answer any question I ask them. The facilities are very nice. I love the weight room and that computer lab.
I love the pool and hot tub. The shuttle is super fast and convenient, even on the weekends! The study lab is my favorite place by far, making it so that I don't have to go to campus every night to study.
The apartments here are really nice and I love all of the amenities. The computer lab is so professional and new looking and the bus is very convenient. I also like how the mailing works. Ive gotten and sent several things and its never been a hassle or anything
It is a great place to live! I love all of the living space, I just wish that parking was not so cramped sometimes. It is a good neighborhood though, and the staff at the front desk is super nice and friendly!
Had a few bumps in the road getting settled in the apartment, but I can't complain about my living arrangement so far. The reserve is full of friendly people.
The walls are a bit then and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. I love the pool and clubhouse! It's clean and the people are very helpful and friendly.
Though our apartment is a bit small and outdated, The Reserve has been a decent place to live so far. The front desk and maintenance is always extremely helpful and nice and the clubhouse is also really nice. There are nicer places to live but for the price here it isn't that bad.
I have definitely enjoyed my stay so far. No big problems and the staff is very friendly and accomidating. Really enjoy the public amenitites and the shuttle.
Everything seems to be pretty good so far. The only thing is that our ice maker broke on the first day, and it still hasn't been fixed. Other than that, there's just a few janky things, like dirt on every singly window & windowsill, and how our dishwasher rubs against the wall, but it seems just fine so far.
So far, I have really enjoyed living at the Reserve. The internet and cable are pretty dependable which is nice considering it is included in the rent. The reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is because we have experienced some issues with the maintenance here. Two burners on our stove don't work and still haven't been fixed. Additionally our garbage disposal doesn't work, but we were told "that's how it is supposed to be." Besides those two issues I think the Reserve is overall a great place for the price point.
The reserve at columbia is a nice place to live. Close to campus for easy commute. The clubhouse amenities are also very nice. I love playing ping pong
Overall, we've had a great experience and have loved living here! We did run into some bug problems here and there, but it's all better now!
Every time I go into the front office, the staff members are always very kind, positive, and take care of anything I need. They always engage with their residents through activities and giving out free food. I love it here!
I enjoy living at the reserve very much. It is a quiet place to live and very close to campus. I like how often th bus comes. I wish that pets were allowed here. I really would love to have a dog
The Reserve has been a great place for me to live. The entire staff is awesome and always have a positive attitude when I go into the office. They also get things done very quickly and care about their residents.
The staff and maintenance staff are great and friendly, good utilities, and quick to fix maintenance problems. It would be nice if there was recycling.
I love living here. They have made every accommodation I have asked for the staff is very nice and always help I would say the only issue I have with everything is the switch in cable.
I love living at the Reserve, the bus times are very convenient, and the apartments are pretty nice. I love having our own porch and how each resident has their own bathroom.
I have been living here since August and have had a good experience so far. Everyone has been helpful and very timely at getting back to me.
It's really a good place to live.
I have stay hear for two years.
It closes to campus and the shuttles are running on time. It's very convenient even if you don't have a car.
The best thing about living at the Reserve is that we have to longest running shuttle which I greatly appreciate as a resident without a car.
Staff and maintenance are great. However, I wished package notifications were emailed in a more timely manner. Also, Internet can be a hassle at time but hopefully this will be fixed soon.
The Reserve has an awesome location and the gym is super convenient. The maintenance workers are usually fast to responding but sometimes we have reoccurring problems.
The reserve is a nice place to live. Close to campus, and great shuttle. Very low rent, but you get what you pay for - small rooms and old appliances.
I really like the Reserve. I recommend it to my friends because the rent is reasonable, the furniture and appliances are nice, the staff is friendly, and there are a lot of great amenities. It's only downfall is that it is a little small, but that is alright with me. I like that because there aren't as many parties and there is a quieter atmosphere. I also love the bus this year plus the late night weekend shuttle. I hardly have to drive myself at all and I love it!
The staff at Reserve at Columbia are amazing and helpful. I love my roommates. And I appreciate the new shuttle bus and flexible time schedule. I love how the bus runs on Sunday as well.
Always very friendly, quick maintenance, great after hours service as well. I'm in a two bedroom and it is ample space for both my roommate and I. I love having my own washer and dryer too!
Besides some internet complications, I've had an overall good experience here. I have had to put in a couple maintenance requests for little things, but they always fix it within a day or two!
No problems, most matinence issues taken care of quickly. Bus service is great and so is red center, computer lab, and pool. But I can hear my neighbors, plumbing, etc, so my apartment is loud. Also, my room is very small.
I've lived here for two years and I've never had any problems, nor have I had any complaints. The Reserve has an incredibly welcoming atmosphere!
I've been really pleased with the overall service here. The staff is friendly and helpful and I've never had an issue with anyone. Highly recommended!
Great shuttle service and amenities are nice. It's convenient. Maintenance comes when you need them and fixes things for the most part. The staff is friendly. The rooms are not as nice/clean as the show room but I guess I shouldve seen that coming.
I have found that the full time staff at The Reserve are very concerned with making sure each resident is happy and are readily available to help however they can. I am glad that I have resigned here.
I love living here. At the beginning, there was a lot of maintenance problems but they attended to them quickly and i have not had any problems since.
The Reserve at Columbia is a great community for college students and the shuttle bus that takes residents from the property to campus is great for tailgates and just getting to and from the University of Missouri's campus!
Great place to live. Everyone around is nice and the shuttle service is always nice to have. It isn't expensive and is pretty nice. Recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live off campus.
I've lived here for two years and I plan to live here next year. I've never had any problems and the staff knows me by name and they are happy to take care of anything I need as quickly as possible!
Staff are really friendly and service is great! Shuttle is quick ad always on time so I don't have to worry about going to class late. the gym has almost everything I need.
The Reserve at Columbia is perfect for Mizzou students! It's super close to campus and rent includes everything at a low rate! The staff goes out of their way to help whenever possible!
The apartment has some issues that maintenance has not cared to fix. Our apartment was not clean when we moved in.
I enjoy how often the shuttle runs though, That is nice.
for the most part, the reserve isn't so bad. other than the 9 maintenance requests we've entered and our broken dryer since the day we moved in I would say the place does the job for right now.
Although we weren't satisfied with the half wall in our apartment, we adjusted and the staff worked it out with us. Our experiences otherwise have been great. The computer lab is always open, the staff is easy to approach, and our maintenance crew here is fairly quick to respond to any reports we put in. Overall enjoy the complex, just a little small.
Fantastic place to live. I have never enjoyed a apartment as much as I have enjoyed the reserve at columbia. Very clean, very friendly staff.
I don't have really any complaints so far! I love the amenities offered. It would be nice if less covered parking was offered. I would love to renew for next year.
The Reserve has extremely friendly staff, nice accommodations and is a very quiet, peaceful place to live! I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable apartment complex with great amenities.
I love living here! A quiet, clean community with great people! The amenities on property are great, and I love having an indoor basketball court for my friends and I to play on!
Living here is pretty nice! The shuttle is pretty great and convenient. The only complaint I would have is that some of the appliances and other things seem kinda old.
Very accommodating, but needs a more efficient shuttle service. Maintenance workers are very helpful and available, and amenities are very accessible.
The reserve is a great place to live. It's a quiet complex, it's close to campus, and it's a very short drive to really anywhere I need to go.
The apartments have been great so far, the maintenance has been great as well. The clubhouse is also nice and well kept, and the shuttle service is also perfect.
Pretty good for apartment living. Close enough to campus to get there in a decent amount of time and have a shuttle that you can take if you need to. Lots of involvement within the residents.
The best part about living here is the shuttle! It's always reliable and the drivers are great. If I ever have any questions I know I can get answers right away from the people at the office!
I've really enjoyed living at the Reserve. My apartment has a great, open concept layout and I love how I never have to park too far from my building.
The apartments don't have as homey of a feel as I'd like. There are a lot of nice perks and amenities but one big thing I'd change is get rid of some of the covered parking and make it just regular parking.
The rooms are a lot smaller than expected, and we have a few appliances that don't work and never have, some stains, and lots of spiders. But over all, it's a very nice community with great amenities and an amazing location.
I love the reserve! It's a safe, convinent, and friendly environment. I really like the shuttle, it was a big part of my decision to live here at the reserve.
Had a number of maintenance issues that took a long time to get resolved. Love the amenities especially the shuttle to and from campus and the fitness room.
